Although we're all aware of South Sudan's current violent conflicts, we must look a head to the future at what more this country has to offer, as in the past countries with dark pasts have often made miraculous economic recoveries. The current government of South sudan, being lead by president Kiir Mayardit (Seen Above), is beginning to pull itself together after a violent secession from it's mother country of Sudan. Although corruption still runs rampant in the politics while the Darfur genocide runs parallel to the country's border, South Sudanese officials are creating some of the most innovative ideas for a country that even I've heard of. One example, is that many of the new cities that will be built will be designed in the shape of an animal; something sure to reel in massive tourism funds once completed. Plans have already been drawn out for cities to take the shapes of a giraffe, rhino, and even one in the shape of a pineapple.
